Seeking help with O2 Prepaid SIM – No signal and Wi-Fi Calling

I am writing this post to seek assistance regarding my O2 prepaid SIM card, which I recently purchased in Nuremberg, Germany.

I have encountered the following issues:

    No Network Signal: My phone displays "No Service" or "Searching" and is unable to connect to any local roaming networks.

    Wi-Fi Calling Not Working: Even when connected to a stable internet connection, I am unable to activate or use the Wi-Fi Calling feature to receive SMS or make phone calls.

Please assist me by letting me know how I can check the following:

     Is my SIM card still active, or has it been deactivated?

Has it ever been active before? You need to identify yourself to activate it.

My prepaid SIM card was successfully activated and had been functioning normally until about 10 days ago. The 'No Service' issue only started recently.

I can log in to the 'My O2' portal successfully using my email address, as I am unable to receive SMS verification codes. There are no error messages or alerts displayed in the portal; my prepaid balance is sufficient, and the status of my SIM card is shown as 'Active'.

That's a good start. Ask in the chat if they can tell you why you no longer have a connection.
