scam from o2

Hello everyone,

 

I have been scammed by someone from o2. On 03/16/2026 i have received a call from employee from o2 that said that my contract has expired and he have offered me since i was a member since 2023 to renew my contract with some benefits like that my monthly payment is going to be 26 euros and i will have 100GB. On the very next month when i was checking my banking application i saw that i have been charged for almost 46 euros, or course i have called o2 to look for my rights and the employee there said that he spoke with his ' 'Administrator ' ' and everything has been taken care of. He said that I will receive an information regarding the situation but I didn't receive anything. Couple of day ago I called again to see what is going on why nothing has been changed, I have explained the whole situation like I am now for 4th time and nobody gave me any information. I asked the lady that I spoke the last time to tell me what is going to happened and she told me that I have to pay at least 4 to 5 months 46 euros and then I can discuss discount on my monthly payment, which is ridiculous when I have signed a contract for 26 euros. And until today I don't have any information. Thank you for your time taken seeing my problem

What exactly does the invoice say? You can see there how the amount of 46 EUR is calculated!

do you get a e-mail with the new conditions?

The conditions in the email are equal to what you get told?

Have you confirmed the new contract via link or emai?

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

That is not so nice if see that you pay too much compered to what has been spoken abount regarding changing or adding tariffs when you were called by us on 16th March.

Could you follow Bumers advice and see on your bill how the current amount is calculated?

Hello Gerrit,

 

After i spoke with an employee from o2 per chat, we have found solution to bring back my old contract and to cancel the Multicard that i had got canceled as per my request. The contract that i have spoken with the employee on 16 March is still not active but we have agreed that in couple of days i have to text them again so we can finally go over this issue. I will keep you more updated when i have more information.
