Scam and non stop calls

Hello!

is it possible to disable O2 notification for people who called me when I was off?.

I mean, if someone called me and I was off, when my phone will be ON again, I don’t want that person to know that am ON again. 

I prefer to not be disturbed again if I dont want to.
