Samsung S24 ultra Order

Hello,

On 13.01.2025, I have made an online order for Samsung S24 ultra with an O2 contract. Today, I got an e-mail about my sim-card being processed, but still no news about the phone itself. I can neither find any information about the order status, nor successfully contact the english-speaking customer service.

we are delighted that you have decided in favour of a contract with o2. You should have received an e-mail confirmation from us after placing your order that your order has been received. Once we have checked your order, we will send you the final confirmation with some information about your order. If we are unable to fulfil the order, you will be informed that we are unable to send you the mobile phone. You should also receive this by e-mail. Have you received any information from us by e-mail? Have you checked your spam folder?
