I have ordered  S23 Ultra on March 3rd and It was showing immediate delivery available. But When I called customer care asking the details, They told me it is a pre-order and will take around 3 weeks for the shipping. My current status of the order from March 3rd is ‘In Bearbeitung’ . So will it really takes 3 more weeks for the delivery ?

Your current status is “in Bearbeitung”, so it will take 2-5 business days, than the phone is delivered to your home adress only a few days waiting...

Hello @allwinjeby ,

how are things looking on your end, at this point I’d have expected that your phone has been delivered or is close to being delivered if your status has been “In Bearbeitung” since the 3rd of March. Are you already holding your new S23 in your hands?
