Until the end of 2023 the UK is still being billed as if it was part of the EU-Roaming, even though it will now be shown as part of WZ2.

Now 2024, For Prepaid plan like L and M, is roaming included for U.K / Great Britain?

yes it is included.

While Great Britain is nominally counted as part of the World Zone 2, it is currently still being billed as part of the World Zone 1 and as such is included within EU-Roaming.
