Hello, I’ve been charged €27.13 for roaming even though I had data roaming off on my eSIM and used a different SIM. Please help me get a refund

Use the contact form to explain your situation and request o2 to look into this. If the charges have been incurred, then your phone must have been connected to the internet via that SIM though. There is no other way the foreign provider would otherwise even know to bill for usage.
