I purchased an apple pencil from O2 with an option without O2 contract. Now I found that the pencil is not compatible with the ipad which I have. I would like to return the product. Could you please help me with this.
Note: I just purchased the product two days ago.

Please be aware of the fact that you do not have a withdrawal period of 14 days in a shop.
If you bought the iPad pencil online or by telephone, you have the possibility to return the pencil within 14 days. You just need to go to our website and register the return of the article. You can then download the return-sheet and print it out. You then send the iPad pencil together with the return-sheet to the address that is listed on the sheet.
