Hi, is it possible to reset my login data so that I can finally login and see my invoices?

I was going back and forth for a while on this and there didn’t seem to be any resolution.

 

Issue: When I login there I can’t see my invoices - I only get access to the community.

 

Is there someone that can fix my account?
