Request to Transfer My Existing Number to O2

Dear,

 

I had a mobile contract with WinSim which ended yesterday. Parallelly, I have ordered a new mobile with a tariff from O2.

I would like to keep my original phone number and transfer it to my new O2 contract. Since my old WinSim contract has already ended, could you please guide me on the steps to take in order to retain my number with O2?

I am delighted that you have chosen us as your provider 😊

You can easily request to transfer your phone number to us online in My o2.

To do this, you must first register with the number you now have on your new SIM card. Then go to Manage Contract (Vertrag verwalten), select Number porting (Rufnummernmitnahme) and choose ‘Transfer to o2’ (Zu o2 mitnehmen).

The process takes approximately 8 working days. You will be notified of the exact transfer date by text message and email.
