I am currently using both an O2 mobile phone contract and an O2 monthly internet connection.
I would like to kindly inform you that I will be traveling to Abroad for a research project and will be staying there for approximately four months. I will return to Germany at the end of September.
During this time, I would like to continue making payments for my mobile phone contract as usual. However, as I will not be in Germany, I will not be able to use my O2 Phone connection. Therefore, I would like to humbly ask if it is possible to temporarily suspend the payments for my O2 connection during this period.
After I return at the end of September, I would like to reactivate the connection and resume the monthly payments as before. Could you please let me know if this is possible? If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you could guide me through the steps or let me know what I should do to arrange this.
