Request to Cancel iPhone 17 Order and Contract


I booked an iPhone 17 today with a 2-year contract. However, I would like to cancel both the order and the contract.

Please confirm the cancellation as soon as possible and let me know if any further information is required from my side.

You should revoke your contract. However, this is only possible if you did not sign the contract in person at a store.

@Pratham16 MXP_Alex has provided a helpful tip here - did you sign the contract and pick up the phone at the store, or did you order it online from us? When exactly did that happen? Please note that for contracts concluded online or over the phone, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
