Request for Tariff Correction: Wrong mobile plan (55€ instead of 20€) – Want to keep the device.

Hello,

I am writing because there was a mistake with my recent order over the phone. I requested a mobile plan for approximately 20 €, but I received a contract for 55.98 € instead.

I want to keep the iPhone 17 Pro, but the mobile tariff is much more expensive than what was agreed upon during the call. I did not give permission for a 55 € plan.

Could a moderator please help me to:

  1. Correct the mobile plan to the 20 € version we originally discussed.

  2. Ensure that my hardware discount for the phone remains active.

I would like to resolve this without canceling the whole order, as I want to keep the device. Thank you for your help.

Hello @armaghan841945,

welcome to our o2 Community 😀

It's always unpleasant when the bill is higher than expected.

Please check why the invoice shows this amount. Often, the first bill also includes the one-time connection fee (€49.99). The monthly fees are then calculated proportionally.

You can find your invoice online in PDF format here: www.o2.de/rechnung/aufstellung

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Best regards

Giulia

Moin Moin,

You have to withdraw (widerrufen) the contract. There is no other way.

If the contract is not older than 14 days then send a widerruf to widerruf@cc.o2online.de

More information you could find her https://www.o2online.de/assets/blobs/agb/agb-widerrufsbelehrung-mobilfunk-privatkunden/

If the contract is older than 14 days and you have not send an agreement to O2 (e.g. link in a email) than please contact the Verbraucherzentrale.

If you have click on the link, than you can’t change it until the 24 Month are over.
