Rejection of Recent Order

I have been a loyal O2.de customer and have already purchased four other Apple devices from your website without any issues. However, I received rejection emails for my last two orders, which were placed on Saturday and Sunday, October 2nd, respectively.

I am puzzled by this rejection as I have never encountered such an issue before. My intention is to purchase an Apple Watch.
What was the problem and what should I do?

In the rejection email it tells you what you can do. Write to the address provided. Nobody here has any information on credit checks.

We do not know the exact reasons behind a rejection, that is all handled by the “Auskunftsstelle”. The address for any inquiries should be within the email that you’ve received.
