Dear Team 

I order an o2 Mobile M Boost Online und IP15 PRO 128GB,BLAU+AW ULTRA2 OCEAN,BLAU
27.02.2024,and I didn't received any order confirmation number ,But I got an email with the details of the product and contract details ,But I am not able to see any kind order number ,I would like to check my status of the order .

It can sometimes take a little while until the mails following the initial confirmation are send out. Have you received anything by now and were able to check out the state of our order?
