How can I file a complaint and request a refund for an unauthorized third-party charge (CFM / Prostreamers) of €109.78 on my bill?

I did not subscribe to this service and consider this charge unauthorized. Please advise on the next steps and process the refund.

according to our data, the refund was issued about 2 weeks ago. You should be able to see that on the new bill. Have you also managed to file a complaint?
