Refund for O2 prepaid account while porting number to another service provider

I have raised the request to port my o2 number to another service provider. But I have some credit in my o2 account for which I would like to get a refund. 

Can I do it online?

What is the procedure?

You can easily use this form to order a refund for your prepaid credit: o2online.de/assets/blobs/pdfs/prepaid-guthabenauszahlung/

Your prepaid card will be deactivated afterwards.
