refund after rejection

Dear O2 Customer Support,

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response regarding my refund. I signed a contract for a MacBook and paid €185.99 in advance, but the contract was later rejected.The payment was made December 16th. I have received no update on my refund for over two months.

Please provide an urgent update on the status of my refund.
