Reduction im Kombi-Vorteil für O2 Kunden after Umzug

Hey,

I just moved to a new apartment. I used to have a 1000 mbps cable connection which was unfortunately not available at the new address so I moved to DSL technology of 100 mbps. Which is okay. 

 

Now the contract is similar with the same end date but my Kombi vorteil has been reduced from 10 euro to 5 euro.

Is this the correct or can I keep my 10 euro of previous kombi vorteil as the contract didn't change.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

When you moved, you not only changed the technology but also to changed to a different contract alltogether. Before this you had a my Home XXL from 2020, now you are running a my Home M from 2022. These have different conditions to them, among them is the varying amount of Kombivorteil.

    Thanks for the answer , but what kind of logic is behind this?  why would my Kombivorteil be reduced from 10 to 5 euro if the contract is the same (according to helpline it’s umzug, so nothing changes in contract) only different technology used.
