Recover PKK_not able to register MyO2

Dear O2 community,

I have O2 spot connection with a mobile SIM. I have sim number, sim serial number, PIN and PUK. I did not register for My O2. 

Now I want to register for My O2 and it is asking PKK. I do not have PKK. When I asked to re-order it, It says that my email address is not registered. 

Could you please help me to recover PKK code?

The persönliche Kundenkennzahl ist a four digit number that you yourself choose when you order a contract. Maybe this helps with your memory. If you can’t recall the number, then we can send it to you as a letter, for that we’d first need some addtional information from you first though. If that ends up being the case, please let us know so that we can contact you directly.
