some recommendations for the app

  • add the feature to save GB for the next month (argentina prepaid movistar, also from telefonica) offers that for example
  • pin and contract # visible in the app. it is really impossible to contact customer service. awful experience and that makes me want to leave the company

count with me if i can help somehow to improve the experience, but o2 should make its part

Hello @martinvo,

thank you for your suggestions for the Mein o2 App, I will be happy to forward them to our app developers.

Just to make sure that I understand you correctly, by PIN you mean the PIN of your SIM card, right? It is normally displayed in the app.

The contract/phone number should actually be visible in the app as well. Can you explain what you mean exactly?
