I am Sadia Ilyas. My date of birth is 17.06.1986. I made an agreement with o2 in November. I paid 92 euros for the deal at the time.This is one of the agreements I made with o2 online discount sales (angebote). The agreement stated that the monthly bill was only 55 euros.But when I was received my first month bill, it was 82 Euro, and now my second bill is 94 euros.I have no idea why o2 is charging me so much out of my contract bill because in this contract it was written only only 55 euros per month.Can you help me understand this agreement? And if it was mistyped online by o2, then how can I terminate and cancel this agreement?
