RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL BUT AMOUNT WENT TO MAIN BALANCE - I still cant access my pack

I recharged my o2 M Pack (prepaid) today for 15 euros . My pack didn’t get activated. The amount went directly to my main balance. I dont want this. I want my pack to be re-activated.
