I am writing to seek clarification regarding my recent order for an iPhone 16 Pro Max along with a SIM card. I am currently awaiting the delivery of this order, but I recently received an email stating that my "return has been accepted" and that i will receive the payments back to my account (deposit in advance ) 

To clarify, I did not initiate any return for this order, as I am still expecting its arrival. knowing that the order status is still in delivery , but it is open at DHL tracking and no information appears about the status.

If you have already received this notification, the package has unfortunately already been returned.

There can be many reasons for this, but we cannot say what the problem was in your case.

Hello @o2_Giulia , as i received an email which says that my return was processed and accepted and i will receive my payments and shipping costs back promptly, and as it is shown on the O2 orders system that the order was completely returned, im wondering about the delay to receive the amount back, or what are the necessary steps to take?

Great, if everything has already been confirmed to you by email, then everything will continue automatically and you don't have to do anything else.
The amount will be visible on your account within 14 days.
