Oh ok Jsc, thanks. Also can you guide me when and how can I log in to O2 app? Whenever I try to log in it says my account is community account and hence cannot be logged in.

When you have your Phone No., and the SIM was activated, you must register your number on o2 Webpage, before please log out of the community...

It's great that jsc has already been able to help you. Exactly, the letter with the eSIM documents will arrive by post. Once you have activated the SIM, you can register in our customer portal (https://www.o2online.de/mein-o2/). I hope the post gets to you quickly! :)

Thanks JSC and Lea for you kind support. One quick question, I haven’t received any tracking number / information of esim card (neither dhl nor dpd), however I am continuously receiving emails from o2 to activate my sim card. Why is that?

For a letter by DHL you get no tracking no. , thats normal...
