I applied for the cancellation of my O2 prepaid sim card 2 days ago via the online form. I thought the cancellation will take 1 month. But today my sim card got blocked. All my social accounts are linked to this number, so i cannot access those accounts anymore. Is it possible to reactivate my sim card?

If you blocked your card, you can unblock it, if you have your four digit personal customer code.
Do you know this number, then just inform us that you have this number but do not post it in a public community.
We would ask for the number via personal message.
