Raise complaint about last invoice

Hi Team,

I have been wrongly charged with failure to return the router device in my new invoice. It shows around 107 euros as fine for this. i already pay a rental payment each month what is the problem then

it says 

Einmalgebühren
Schadensersatz für nicht zurückgesendete Leihgeräte - 12.10.2023.

i dont have any other rental equipment from o2 other than the router 

 

why they are charging me with this amount

Hello and welcome to our community @Zimo ,

since you have been charged for a router, what tariff do you have?

Our o2 my Home tariffs include a rental router, which must be returned to us after cancellation. Even if a new router is sent in case of a defect, the old router must be sent back to us.
