Hi,

Sorry but my line its on the name of my wife: xxxxx xxxx xxxxx

 

I ve recently ask for the portability to change my number to other company and thats bringin me problems

How can I change the name and birth date?: It is possible to send the documents by mail?.

If you want to port your number to another provider you don’t need to change any data, as long its correct.

Do you want to port a prepaid or postpaid number?

    Hi, thanks for the answer!

     

    I have a prepaid number. I dont know why it is on the name of my wife (we both are customers of O2).

    I remember that the day that we bought the line we present our passports (both of us), but my line is in the name of xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx.

    Now I want to pass to another provider, but they need that my data is the same in both companies (name of the owner of the line and birthday). How I can change that?

    Stop posting your personal information on the Internet! My advice would be to get another number as you have again posted your current number publicly for the world to see - together with your wife’s full name and date of birth!

    OK. Sorry but I want to keep my number, could you please give me a solution instead of lecturing me? Is that possible?

    if the new provider needs the same data, is maybe possible to setup the new contract with your wife as the contract owner?
