Question about the service

Hello,

 

guys I was not in Germany for a while, so I didn’t pay for my phone number. Now,  I want to get my number back again, but it’s deactivated. 
i found that there is money I need to pay, so I wanted to pay via my online banking, but for the online banking I need my phone number. :( 

how can I solve this issue?

how long has then card been deactivated? Are we talking about a prepaid or a postpaid card?

If it is about a postpaid contract, please try calling our billing department to get more information on the outstanding bills.

Prepaid cards can be deactivated after a certain time, if no credit top-up is being made. Our prepaid department can check if it’s possible to reactivate the card.
