Question about prepaid recharge

I recharged my account with 15 euros a few days ago with SMS.But I still don’t see it being taken from my bank account.Is this normal?

    I think I got it now,they sent an SMS that they will take the money later.It’s just strange that it took so long.

    If you started the process right before the weekend, that will probably have impeded the quick resolution here. I hope everything is correctly booked and deducted now, or do you still need some further support?
