Question about Porting from Telekom

Hello everyone, 

I am ‘’almost’’ a new customer with O2 and I need some help.
My partner has been an O2 customer for about 4-5 years, while I was on a contract with Telekom. After some thought and persuasion from my partner I decided to transfer to O2. 
I canceled my contract with Telekom, requested that my old number with come with me to O2 and everything was done by the book.
On the 1st of November, Telekom cut the line as expected, O2 sent me my new mobile device with a pre-installed eSim and a temporapy number until the porting is complete (as they said in 7 working days).
Two weeks later and with the weekend ahead, still no working (old number).
I was scheduled for surgery this past Tuesday and there were so many issues without my number not working. 
We have called twice and every time its the same (7 working days). 
What else is there for me to do? Also, since my partner called to make the contract for me as an O2 customer I cant even call, they must talk to him which Im fine with If we had an answer.

Request number porting again. To do this, register the temporary number for Mein o2. You can request this under Manage your contract.

@CateAn Where and how was the number portability requested? 

Normally, you receive emails/text messages informing you of the status. Could it be that your partner's name was mistakenly transmitted as the account holder at Telekom? Fortunately, o2 allows you to import numbers with different contract details from previous providers. You just need the full registered name, phone number, and date of birth for this.

@Joe Doe thank you for taking the time to reply and help :)

The request to Telekom was done through my Telekom App so they definitely have the correct number holder name. I also received a confirmation email from them for the porting.

We have not received any emails nor texts about the status. We called twice and were told the temporary number will change automatically to my old one in 7 working days.

Request number porting again. To do this, register the temporary number for Mein o2. You can request this under Manage your contract.

@CateAn You should now receive regular SMS/email updates regarding the status of your application for your old number. The Date of porting (or rejection from Telekom) should take place within 24 hours.

Hello again, I wanted to give an update. 
I requested the number posrting again as ​@Bumer  suggested and with  ​@Joe Doe  screenshots managed to find how, where etc.
As soon as I did that right in the first page had a notification about the porting stating it would take place on the 25th of November. 
I restarted my device and it is done.
