Where exactly did you buy the prepaid card? It actually gets registered before you even sign up for "Mein o2"! That means you don't need to register it yourself. Just use the *forgot password* function!

Have you used the app before, or was this your first attempt at logging in?

Usually, you just need to use your mobile number and password to log in. Where exactly do you enter the PUK?

Has the “forgot password” function already helped, as suggested by Bumer?
