I have recharged my credit on prepaid card, but promotion is not activated. What should I do? Now I don't see any balance

    Hello @Ursa992 and welcome to our o2 community :-)

    Cpould you explain, which promotion exactly you mean? Was a discounted package maybe already activated? If the latter is the case then the promotion no longer applies. It was only valid for the first four weeks.
