I have problem with installation e-sim on my phone , something gone wrong and I can't use the QR code again . Can I change my e-sim to physical sim card?

You can change the SIM back to a physical SIM on the portal. 
Unfortunately, the explanatory video is only available in German 
Are you sure you haven't already activated the profile?
