hello, i didnt my o2 simcart for a while and few weeks ago i did charge it in order to use it. i did charge it 25 euros and for a couple of hours it did work and suddenly the 25 euros just vanished and i did receive an massage to charge it again. after a while my simcart also stoped to work whit a massage the the simcart is not rejected in network. could you please hlep me

the prepaid card has been cancelled due to inactivity on December, 4th and cannot be reactivated, I’m afraid. I can’t quite figure out why the charge up worked in that state, sorry for the hazzle surrounding your try to reactivate it via charge up.
