Hi, I'm facing a problem to pay the bill of O2 contact phone. In this month i received a notice that i have to pay 58 euro for the month of April 2020. I paid this amount accordingly but unfortunately i put wrong account name ( HypoVereinsbank (BIC HYVEDEMMXXX) but IBAN was correct. IN this situation what should i do? please help to reply anyone. 

If iban is correct and you put the correct customer number into „Verwendungszweck“, all is fine!

But it needs 2.5 days for an update.

 


Unfortunately I inputed my mobile number only instead of customer number. Actually app was in deutsch and I don't understand of it. Still O2 is not received my payment. What should I do? Please guide.
