Problem With O2 Order


Hello O2 Support Team. I have Ordered IP14 ProMax, and O2 Free M Boost mit 20+20 GB. 

They took money from my account but after 24H i recived an email that my order cannot be executed. Can you explain this to me or help me ?

Hello O2 Community. I have made and oder for IP14 ProMax and O2 Free M Boost. They took the money from my bank account said order is ok, and after 24H i recived 2 emails thay my order cannot be executed . I would like to know why ?

Unfortunately, we have no insight as to why it was rejected. The email contains an address that you can write to.
