Problem with macbook order

Hello, I had a problem with my order. I ordered a macbook pro 5 and it is handed to dhl. I told support team my age many times but they still wrote my birthday incorrectly. Instead of 29 nov they wrote 28. I don’t know what to do know and I dont want to cancel the order. And I ordered it through a call so I can’t login and change my data

I'm sorry that your order didn't go through. 
I don't have access to your customer data here. 
Please contact the order department (089 78 79 79 40 9) or the English helpdesk (089 66 66 30 08 1 Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays)
The order will probably be returned to us if the data is incorrect. 
The contract will then be cancelled and you can place a new order.
Our colleagues on the hotline will be able to provide you with more information.
