problem with login into mein o2


Hello everyone! Like in topic i have weird problem with mein o2, I have contract just for device, I don't have Phone number in o2. If I try to log into account par chrome then automatically redirecting me to hilfe.o2online.de. If I try par app then i have problem 403. I was trying to delete cookies etc, nothing changes. It's weird because i cannot see my factures or any data about my contract with o2. Can somebody fix that for me, please?

In case you just ordered hardware only, you can register your hardware here.

You need the “Vertragsnummer” (contract number) from your invoice for the registration. After the registration you have access (portal and app) to your installment plan.

Thanks for the answer! But still there is a problem :) because... I dont have ANYWHERE my Vertgragsnummer. I have every paper i received from o2 in front of me right now, and believe me, there is nothing like that in here. Also i noticed that my kunden- and rechnungs-nummer from first letter from O2 is different than that i can see in references of payments from my bank account, that really suprised me now. My question - can you pm me and try to do little research in the system what is going on with my contract?

We are happy to give you the contract-number (Vertrags-Nummer) of your o2 My Handy-contract. 

 

But first of all, I would like to ask you which language you prefer: German or English. 

 

I ask because you have opened also a German message under Problem mit der Anmeldung mein o2 .

Hi, 

I have problem with the log in.

I have a DSL contract with O2 and I received the following email few days ago:

 

‘’Lieber o2 Kunde,

Sie haben erfolgreich Ihre E-Mail-Adresse als zusätzlichen Nutzernamen für Mein o2 gesetzt. Sie können sich zukünftig damit oder mit Ihrer Rufnummer einloggen.’’

 

I tried to log in as soon as I got this E-Mail and it was working..but it has been more than three days now that I am not able to log in anymore.
Everytime I get the error message:

‘’Ihr Nutzername ist uns nicht bekannt. Bitte überprüfen Sie ihre Eingabe.’’

even if I am using the same E-Mail-Adresse.

Do you know how can I solve this problem?

I would like to see the status of my contract.

I am sorry to hear there seems to be issues with accessing your online portal.

Have you already tried logging in with your landline number? Please make sure to be logged out of our community before trying to login with different creedentials or use an inkognito window in your browser. I assume you already registered your landline number on our portal?

I do not have a landline number yet. I am still waiting for the router installation and everything.

I ordered my DSL on 11.01.2022 but I so far got no news for the installation appointment or anything else…..

thank you very much for your feedback. Until the connection is active, you can't register for "My o2". 
You will receive the necessary information for activating your DSL contract attached to an email with the subject "Welcome to o2" or, if you wanted to receive your contract documents by mail, they will be sent to you by mail. Have you received them yet?

thanks a lot for your answer. I got an email saying that I can use my email address as Nutzername to check the status of my order

... but still with that I cannot see that.

I will wait for further emails then.

Dear @Giu_ly ,

as @o2_Larissa already wrote, you can only use My o2 after activating your tariff. So please be patient a little longer. :wink:

So I have a problem i made a contract with O2 for my phone with phone number and i can not login into the app because it tells me there is a problem i tried everything even over internet browser but it just tells me that there is a problem with the side and i can not do anything 

Is there anything I can do?
