So my tarife ended today and I was trying to top up with my bank account but I made a mistake :/
I didn't know that I had to send a sms to 56656 to get my own IBAN and BIC…
I didn't know this and I entered wrong details at this option:
Banküberweisung oder Dauerauftrag
Now a red message appears anytime I try to open this option and I can't enter the right IBAN and BIC, it says that I have to contact the costumer service
