Problem with contract O2

I have taken a contract of Ihr Tarif mit O2 Connect but this month my bill for Verbindungen & Services is 64Euro.Can ypu explain what is this?

Did you activate und check the itemised bill (in Germany called “Einzelverbindungsnachweis”)?

If you have the itemized bill activated for this contract, then you should have a detailed statement that comes with your bill that shows exactly for what the additional fees under connections & services are. If that is not the case, then we won’t be able to tell you what exactly you were billed for either. Have you already looked at the bill? Is there something specific there that is unclear to you?
