Hello , I have problem with my Contract and i already registered a complaint but nobody took action,
The problem is i brought a O2 M sim contract in Black Friday 2020 , and after one month i got invoice for 2 Contracts one which i brought O2 M and the other one O2 S which i never got in hands and why did it happened ? Now it's 2 month invoiced and again they deducted money for contract which i i nev brought. Is it fair enough a big firm like O2 is making these types of mistakes , i am really angry about this behaviour and i need my money back for the 02 S contract which I'm paying for last 2 months
