Problem with cancelling the internet prepaid pack

Hello,

I cannot cancel my Prepaid M internet pack. Probably it is because now there are two M packs on my account. I want to cancel it and then switch to S Prepaid Pack. Could you help me?

 

 

And here is the error I am getting for already few weeks:

I am sorry that it was not possible to delete the order online. I managed to do this directly in your data, so everything should be fine now.
Can you confirm this?
