HJello,

i will need to get some help with activating my sim card for homespot. When i try it online it just say something about SEPA, but i my bank i have no request for any payment. With my poor german lang. skill i try to get some help over chat but unfortunately guy was not able to help and just recommend me to log in to verify my identity, as i try to register i was asked for phone number or contract number, but i have none of mentioned just my Referenz number which didn’t work.
