Were you able to deactivate the caller ID for outgoing calls on your smartphone or do you still need support from us?

Do you mean that your phone number is not transmitted when you call? You can set this in the settings of your phone. For one-time calls, you can also simply enter #31# before the phone number.

Then look in your phone's settings but you should be aware that a lot of people block anonymous calls or don't answer if the number is not shown
