Prepaid topup invoice

I want to receive invoices in mail for prepaid topup from December 2021 and going forward. Kindly request you to help me

as Andrea has already mentioned we don’t offer those invoices.
We can only activate an itemised bill for your usage.

How can I access or receive an itemised bill for my usage? 
 

I need it to have my name, telephone number and address.

Please don't post the same question more than once!

There is no itemised bill for usage of prepaid cards with the information you are requesting, just a VAT receipt for the amount you have topped up for tax purposes.
