Prepaid top up code not working.

I bought a top up for € 15 at a super market, but the code isn't working. I went back there, but they don't speak any English, and they said that they cant do anything. 

 

When I try to top up with the code I get both this messages: 

 

"The secret number you entered is invalid"

 

"The voucher code is not valid please repeat the entry"

 

The first one I get when I use speed dial, and the second one I get when I use either the website or mobile app. 

 

Can someone help me?

Dear BrElis,
please go back to Rewe and explain that o2 said that the voucher is not valid for o2 and that they should please check again and give you a valid voucher.

"der gutscheincode ist nicht gültig bitte wiederholen sie die eingabe"

Welcome @BrElis ,

Did you ordered the right code (O2)? Did you try it again and checked that you typed the correct code?

I had this issue 5 years ago and the store has not activated the code.

Yeah I made sure that I typed it right, and yeah I got the right code (o2). 

But thank you anyway.

@BrElis Did the voucher code is really for o2 prepaid and not for an o2 discounter like Aldi Talk etc. 

Did you have an original o2 prepaid card? And what tariff is active in the moment?

No, it did not work. 

I was forced to do another top up, because the first didn't work and I had to activate my plan. 

I still have one code that I paid for and is still not working.

Yes it is for o2. 

And I do have a original prepaid card. And the tariff is the medium prepaid, 6,5gb 15€. 

It wasn't active when I bought the code, since the month tariff had expired, and i was trying to reactivate it.

It only work after I did and express top up through the website, but the first code still doesn't work, and I still want to resolve the situation.

Im sure the shop didn’t activated it right. I hope a moderator can check this and give you a “Proof” so you can go with this to the store.

Dear Andrea, 

 

I am having the same problem. I bought the top up code from Deutsche Bank online banking portal. 

It says the code is not valid and is already in use. 

 

Can anyone help me find a solution?

Have you already topped up your credit via this method more often and are you sure that it is a voucher from o2 ha?
