Hi,

I ordered a prepaid sim card from O2 on May18, 2021 but still it is not delivered to my address. May I kindly request support from O2 to fix this issue?

You can order an new one free of charge online if the SIM card has not arrived so far. As long as the identification process is not fullfilled nothing happens to the order.
