Prepaid SIM with 5.02€ Balance has "No Service" in China. Need network refresh.

Title: Prepaid Loop Card has 5€ balance but "No Service" in China. Need network refresh.

Body: Hello, I activated my O2 Prepaid Loop card online from China. I successfully topped up 5 Euros, and my account shows it is active. On April 29th, I briefly received the "Welcome to China" SMS in Guangzhou, but since then, the phone completely lost signal and shows "No Service".

The Aura bot keeps refusing to transfer me to a live agent. Could a human moderator please help me refresh my network/roaming status in the backend? Thank you!

Hello,

I am using an O2 Prepaid Loop card. The account currently has an active 5.02 Euro balance and the validity is perfectly fine.

On April 29th, the phone briefly connected to the network in Guangzhou, and I successfully received the 'Welcome to China' SMS and one Telegram verification code. However, since then, I haven't done any other activities, and the phone completely lost signal, showing 'No Service' until now.

Could a human moderator please help check my account status and manually refresh/unblock the international roaming (Auslandssperre) for my number in the backend so I can receive SMS again?

I'm sorry. 
Your Prepaid SIM card has been blocked by us, because we suspect that it has been activated fraudulently. 
You will need to verify your identity again.
Unfortunately, this cannot be done from China.
