I’ve lost my prepaid sim, anyway to get the new sim with same number?

Hi @malik109,

Welcome to the o2 Community
You can order a replacement sim via Mein o2.
The prerequisite is that you have previously registered the contract there.
Have you done that?

Sorry, I didn’t registered previously. Can you please guide what to do?

Afterwards you can order the replacement SIM card via Mein o2.

Hello @o2_Cora , 

   I registered to o2online.de  but replacement SIM card option is not available. 

When I click on the link that you provided My o2 , it opens the homepage always.

Hello @malik109

if you are logged in with a contract, you can go to “Mein o2” at the top right of the homepage. Then click on "Mein o2 Startseite" → "Tarif & SIM-Karte" → "SIM-Karte verwalten" → "Ersatz oder Zusatz-SIM bestellen" → "Ersatz-SIM-Karte/eSIM”. 

Alternatively, you can simply use the following link:

https://www.o2online.de/mein-tarif/sim-bestellen
